  The Korean supergroup BTS has grabbed their first Guinness World Record titles this 2022, March 4, Friday.

  The Guinness World Records (GWR) has announced that BTS has earned three new social media records in February 2022. The K-pop powerhouse now holds the most followed music group record for Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

  BTS’ Instagram account reached 60,151,959 followers in February after a 20-million follower increase in less than a year. The group is also the most followed music group on TikTok, with 45.7 million followers. And lastly, the group now holds the same in Twitter with more than 44.1 million followers.

  These three additions grabbed by BTS bring their total into 25. The group was welcomed into the Guinness World Records 2022 Hall of Fame in September 2021.
