Demi Lovato hints quitting tour due to health issues

  Demi Lovato has announced that her current tour to promote her eighth studio album, “Holy Fvck,” will be her last.

  The American singer, best known for her role as Mitchie Torres in Disney’s 2008 TV film “Camp Rock,” disclosed her decision to stop touring on September 13.

  “I’m so f—king sick I can’t get out of bed,” she said, which appeared to show photos from a hotel room.

  “I can’t do this anymore. This next tour will be my last. I love and thank you guys,” Lovato added.

  Lovato did not give any more details on her illness but has since deleted the Instagram Stories.

  The 30-year-old singer followed her posts up with a new set of stories that reads, “Gonna power thru it for you guys 🤒🖤 I’ll need help singing so sing loud for me bb’s!!”

  “I barely have a voice, I’m gonna be pointing the mic to the audience a lot tonight,” Lovato wrote alongside a mirror selfie backstage at her show in Santiago, Chile.

  Lovato’s “Holy Fvck” concert tour began in August in Des Moines and South America, and is scheduled to conclude on November 6 at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas.

  “Holy Fvck” features collaborations with Royal & the Serpent, YUNGBLUD, and Dead Sara, as well as Warren “Oak” Felder, Michael Pollack, and Lovato herself. “Holy Fvck,” like the album’s singles, is a departure from the pop gloss of her “Tell Me You Love Me” days.

  Last year, the former Disney child star revealed in her docuseries, “Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil,” that she suffered from three strokes and a heart attack. She was found unconscious in her Hollywood Hills home in 2018 after an apparent overdose of fentanyl-laced opioids.
