Danish soft rock and pop rock band Michael Learns to Rock is bringing their Back On The Road Tour to the Philippines with Nina as a special guest.
MLTR is set to perform their well-loved classics in Manila on October 26 at the Araneta Coliseum, Cebu on October 28 at the Waterfront Hotel Ballroom, and Davao on October 30 at the SMX Convention Center Davao.

Joining the trio of Jascha Richter, Mikkel Lentz, and Kare Wanscher is the country’s very own Diamond Soul Siren, Nina.In a press conference on October 13, the Filipina pop singer said that she feels elated and positive about the concert.
“A lot of local artists, they want to be a part of an international act, so kung anuman ‘yung feeling nila, feeling excited, feeling thankful, feeling lahat na siguro, feeling honored, ‘yun na, ‘yun na ‘yung mga nafi-feel ko. Sobrang nagpapasalamat ako to be part of such a concert of such a legendary band,” Nina stated.
She then revealed that she is an avid fan of MLTR. Of all the latter’s hits, the 1996 song Paint My Love is her favorite. She also admitted that the band had a different impact on her.
“‘Yung simplicity ng song nila in a way na lahat ng tao kayang kantahin ang song nila. Simple pero iba ang lakas ng dating,” she continued. When asked whether she will be debuting a new song anytime soon, Nina said that she’s working on a feel-good acoustic song which she hopes her fans would like. This will be coming out either by the end of the year or next year.
Indulge in reminiscence with Nina’s greatest love hits:
