Bella Poarch announces social media break following divorce reports

  Filipino-American TikTok sensation Bella Poarch has spoken out days after the news of her divorce came to light.
  
  US online tabloid TMZ reported that the 25-year-old social media personality filed divorce papers in Los Angeles County to end her nearly four-year marriage to Tyler Poarch. Poarch cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason and requested that neither party pay spousal support.
  
  This left fans open-mouthed as they were in the dark about the up-and-coming singer-songwriter’s marriage.
  
  “I’m sorry if everyone thinks I’ve been keeping a secret. I will address my divorce when I am ready to speak about it. In the meantime, please respect mine and Tyler’s privacy,” she wrote.

  She added that she will go on a social media break, and that her team will handle her accounts for “certain obligations” in the meantime.

  Poarch, whose real name is Denarie Taylor, was born to Filipino parents in Pangasinan. She is one of TikTok’s most popular personalities with 92 million followers after publishing her first viral video in August 2020.
