Lea Salonga, Pentatonix cover Jose Mari Chan’s Christmas in our Hearts

  American a cappella pop group Pentatonix released the music video of their cover of “Christmas In Our Hearts” featuring Tony Award winner Lea Salonga.

  This duet with Salonga is included on Pentatonix’s holiday album Holidays Around the World.

  The music video dropped on Friday, December 16. It has already garnered over 542,000 views on YouTube and praise from Filipino fans.

  Salonga announced her collaboration with Pentatonix singing Jose Mari Chan’s Christmas In Our Hearts last October. 

  “Yes, folks! This is happening! Had the most wonderful time recording this classic Filipino Christmas song with @ptxofficial,” she said in a post.

  Moreover, the 51-year-old singer is currently in the United States. She is the guest artist of the Christmas concerts at the famed The Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah.

  Meanwhile, other artists included in Pentatonix’s holiday album are Lang Lang, La Santa Cecilia, The King’s Singers, and Meghan Trainor. Additionally, Pentatonix will also perform Christmas songs from the album on their US tour Pentatonix: A Christmas Spectacular.
