BIGBANG’s Taeyang vibes with BTS’ Jimin in upcoming single

  It’s confirmed: Taeyang of BIGBANG and Jimin of BTS will team up on a single slated to be released on January 13 at 1 p.m. (Philippine Standard Time).
  

  THEBLACKLABEL announced the collaborative song titled “Vibe” on Wednesday, January 4 via their official Twitter account. Additonally, this will be Taeyang’s first music release under his new record label.

  The revelation comes a day after the entertainment company teased the BIGBANG’s member comeback to the music scene.

  The two K-Pop stars were first rumored to be joining forces in December 2022. Several outlets reported that the track will be part of Taeyang’s new solo album, too. Furthermore, a black-and-white photo of Taeyang with a mysterious artist at a recording studio was uploaded in a now-deleted Instagram post.

  Prior to Vibe, Jimin has been a longtime fan of Taeyang even before his debut with BTS. In fact, he performed a cover of the the latter’s hit song “Eyes, Nose, Lips” at a music show in 2014.
