Parokya ni Edgar’s Gab Chee Kee moves out of Intensive Care Unit

  After months of staying in the Intensive Care Unit, Parokya ni Edgar lead guitarist Gab Chee Kee was transferred to a regular room.

  In a Facebook post last February 26, 2023, the band shared photos and videos of the famous guitarist, showing him in high spirits. Even playing his guitar whilst resting in his bed.

  “Dahil sa tulong, dasal, at good vibes niyo, eto si Gab ngayon!” the award winning band said also adding that the tubes attached to his body are slowly being removed.

  “Excited parang bata, nag-gigitara habang papunta sa regular room! Konti nalang at makakalabas na rin siya ng hospital!” the band further added.

  Gab was diagnosed with lymphoma late 2022, and has been undergoing chemotherapy for the past few months.
