  • Here are some guide questions you need to consider before planning your #SquadGoals office outing:

    office outing

    WHO?

    Difficulty level: 3

The first question you need to consider is: who do you want to take with you? Would you like to bring the whole department with you? Or just your team? Or maybe just your closest friends?

Before asking your boss if he/she wants to join the fun, try to think first the consequences if he/she joins. Will your boss be the ultimate killjoy or the generous ‘financer’?

    WHAT?

    Difficulty level: 4

What do you plan on doing? Do you want to swim in a pool or the ocean? Surf some waves? Go hiking? Camp out around a campfire? Or maybe you guys just want to chill and relax to free yourselves from all the office toxicity.

Remember, excite your colleagues to persuade them joining your coolest office outing ever.

    WHERE?

    Difficulty level: 4

So, the next question, where will it be? Within Manila? Out of town? Or outside the country (wow, may budget)? Where will be you staying? Hotel, inns, resort or a vacation house? Or the worst comes to worst, you’ll end up camping outside of your office establishment! (Kidding!)

Wherever you guys decide, just make sure you know the place you’re going and it will not put you and your officemates in danger.

    WHEN?

    Difficulty level: 5

“Ayan tayo eh, hanggang plano nalang ba?” Weekend? Weekdays? Admit it, the hardest part is syncing everyone’s break or to free their time.

“Guys, let’s all file a leave on Friday!”

    HOW?

    Difficulty level: 2

How will you get there? Commute? Rent a van? Or someone will be driving for you? How much will you need? Kaya-Kanyang Bayad ba or Ambagan?

Everything needs to be planned out before you leave, or else it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

So remember these five questions next time you plan an outing at the office. Para naman matuloy na sa wakas!
