BTS takes the no.1 spot with their latest album “Proof”

The South Korean boy band, BTS tops Billboard 200 with their latest anthology album “Proof.”
This is the sixth time BTS got the no. 1 spot for their debut albums. From “Love Yourself: Tear,” “Love Yourself: Answer,” “Map of the Soul: Persona,” “Map of the Soul: 7,” “Be,” to “Proof.”
The anthology album took the no. 1 spot after earning 314,000 equivalent units. These numbers are based on both physical and digital albums sold.
The Billboard 200 is a record chart-ranking the most popular music album in the United States every week.
“Proof” is the group’s latest 3CD album which includes three new songs in each CD, “Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment),” “Run BTS,” and “For Youth.” The album consists of 48 songs with their biggest hits, unreleased songs, and demo versions of some of their popular tracks.
Their latest album was released on June 10. Just days after, announcement about the Korean septet’s plan on taking a break has been a hot topic to all of their fans.
