Adam Levine leaves “The Voice”

The Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine is now leaving the NBC’s “The Voice” after 16 season of occupying a seat of the original lineup of judges.
Launched in 2011, Levine was part of the first mentors of the talent search program together with Blake Shelton, Ceelo Green and Christina Aguilera.
The announcement was made by Carson Daly, Friday morning, saying that Gwen Stefani will return and take over Levine’s seat for the next season.
On his Instagram account, Levine wrote a lengthy post saying that the show “went on to be a life shaping experience that will be close to my heart forever.”
