After three years of having a break in the music scene, British singer Adele is back with her new tear-jerking single entitled “Hello.”
Adele and her producer, Greg Kurstin wrote the song and was recorded at Metropolis Studios in London. “Hello” serves as the teaser of her comeback album, 25, which is set to release on November 20.
“Hello” is her first release since 2012 when she recorded the song “Skyfall” from the James Bond film.
“I’m sorry it took so long, but you know, life happened,” Adele said in the letter she posted on her Twitter account @adele. “I’m making up with myself … making up for lost time. Turning 25 was a turning point for me.” She added.
Adele lead to career hibernation because she was expecting her first child with her longtime boyfriend Simon Konecki and she had also been bothered by vocal cord problems that affected her singing.
Some of her previous songs that topped the charts were “Set Fire To The Rain”, “Someone Like You” and “Rolling in the Deep”. Her last album “21” was considered as the greatest selling UK album of the millennium.
