  American rock band Converge has reacted to Filipinos over internet rants circulating online, January 15, Friday.

  On their Facebook page, the rock band has posted to clarify to Filipino subscribers of the internet service provider that they are still the hardcore band. The band even shared a screenshot of comments in one of their posts.

  “Hey everyone… still just a hardcore band over here. Covid has not forced us to become an internet provider in the Philippines yet, but we hope everyone over there gets their internet access back. While you’re here though click the link to our webstore and grab yourself a cool T-shirt or something.” Converge band said.

  A number of social media rants were seen on Friday due to internet outages mostly experienced by Converge ICT Solutions subscribers.
