  The ‘American Idol‘ 2019 winner Laine Hardy has announced that he has been tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

  Hardy clarified that his symptoms are mild and he strive to recover under home quarantine in Louisiana.

  “This wasn’t what I expected on the first day of summer,” the 19-year-old singer said.

  “My doctor confirmed I have Coronavirus, but my symptoms are mild. Y’all stay safe & healthy!” He ended.
