Anji Salvacion releases new single ‘Dalampasigan,’ trends on Twitter

• Singer and reality show celebrity finalist Anji Salvacion has dropped her newest single entitled ‘Dalampasigan,’ March 18, Friday.

  Salvacion composed the song during her stay inside the ‘Pinoy Big Brother House’ of ABS-CBN. It is a tribute to her hometown Siargao which was devastated by Typhoon Odette in December 2021.

  The song was also performed by Salvacion during a December livestreamed concert entitled, ‘Tulong-Tulong sa Pag-ahon: Andito Tayo Para sa Bawat Pamilya,’ a fundraising event for victims of super typhoon held by the network’s foundation.

  “Thank you so much Lord for this beautiful blessing and journey you’ve given me, all to you,” Salvacion tweeted. Minutes after its release, ‘Dalampasigan’ reached the top spot on Twitter trends in the country.
