Ariana Grande’s ‘Sweetener’ Album aims for No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart

  Ariana Grande is aiming for her third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart, according to industry forecasters. Her “Sweetener” album could top the tally next week with over 200,000 equivalent album units earned in a week ending this August 23.

  The Billboard is basing the chart ranks on multi-metric consumption. This includes the traditional album sales, track equivalent albums and streaming equivalent albums.  The ranking is scheduled to be revealed on Billboard’s website this Sunday, August 26.

  ‘Sweetener’ is battling against Travis Scott’s current leader Astroworld, late Aretha Franklin’s 30 Greatest Hits.

  Ariana Grande’s ‘Sweetener’ is under Republic Records.
