‘Barbie: The Movie’ reveals soundtrack line-up with Dua Lipa, Khalid, Nicki Minaj, Lizzo, and more

  On May 25, Thursday – the official soundtrack and the star-studded lineup of artists for Greta Gerwig’s highly anticipated ‘Barbie’ film, scheduled to premiere on July 21, were unveiled.

  The previously announced headliner, Dua Lipa, will lead the lineup with infectious disco tunes complemented by Charli XCX, Lizzo, Nicki Minaj, FIFTY FIFTY, Dominic Fike, GAYLE, Ava Max, Karol G, Khalid, The Kid LAROI, Ice Spice, PinkPantheress, and many more incredible artists. Ryan Gosling, who will play Ken alongside Margot Robbie’s compelling titular character, will additionally be featured.

  The poster depicts the main actress, Margot Robbie, entirely in her Barbie element, engrossed in a pink-colored newspaper suitably titled Barbie News – revealing the names of the artists in collaboration. To add to the suspense, the bottom of the material teases, “More Barbies & Kens to be announced…”

  Readers are directed to a brand-new BarbieTheAlbum.com website through the artistic rendering of the fake newspaper, where they can pre-order limited edition vinyl records and cassettes of the soundtrack. The variety of vinyl editions available, such as the “Candy Floss” vinyl, the “Cotton Candy” vinyl, the “Pink Bloom” vinyl, and many others, will thrill Barbie fans!

  Not only is the upcoming OST album set to be a vibrant musical experience, but it has just been revealed that musical genius Mark Ronson will serve as its executive producer. He is behind hits like “Uptown Funk,” and Barbie’s very own Dua Lipa’s “Electricity,” among others.

  Speaking of Dua Lipa, the talented pop sensation, who will grace the film as the beloved Mermaid Barbie, recently released a new track!
