BBMAs 2017: Drake surpasses Adele’s record for most awards in one night

  Drake made a record on this year’s Billboard Music Awards held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada according to Billboard.

  The Canadian rapper, won a total of 13 awards throughout the night, all thanks to his chart-topping album ‘Views’ and hit song ‘One Dance’ which led the Hot 100 for a total of 10 weeks in 2016.

  Drake won the top awards such as as Top Artist, Top Billboard 200 Album, Top Billboard 200 Artist and Top Hot 100 Artist.

  “Life is like toilet paper,” the rapper said while accepting his final award. “Either you’re on a roll, or taking sh-t from assholes.”

  Drake has surpassed Adele’s record of 12 trophies won in one night.
