Ben&Ben, Moira dela Torre release collab track ‘Pasalubong’

• The folk-pop band Ben&Ben and singer-songwriter Moira dela Torre have released their collab song entitled ‘Pasalubong,’ July 30, Friday.

  Following their recently released tracks titled ‘Upuan’ and ‘Magpahinga,’ ‘Pasalubong is the third single from the upcoming album. This is also the second collaboration between the nine-piece band and Miora.

  “It isn’t so common anymore today to say what you mean. So I love that after a whole song of poetry, we end with the simplest but scariest lines to say… Gusto Kita.” Dela Torre said in a statement.

  “With Moira and Paolo Guico’s evocative vocal performance and the band’s emotional execution of Andrew’s arrangement, ‘Pasalubong’ is a song that will certainly bring up all kinds of feelings, and hopefully will give people comfort in knowing that they aren’t alone in their frustration and longing,” Ben&Ben said in a statement.

  ‘Pasalubong’ was written by twins Paolo Benjamin and Miguel Benjamin Guico, Moira Dela Torre, and Jason Hernandez. The music video was directed by Niq Ablao.
