Ben&Ben, Munimuni drop collab song ‘Sugat’

• The folk pop band Ben&Ben and the indie folk band Munimuni have released their collab song entitled ‘Sugat,’ August 13, Friday.

  ‘Sugat’ is the second collaboration for the second album of ‘Ben&Ben.’ According to vocalist Miguel Benjamin Guico, the song is all about healing. It was written by fellow vocalist and brother Paolo Benjamin Guico with percussionist Toni Muñoz.

  Ben&Ben premiered the newest track after 12:00 midnight Friday. The music video was directed by Tey Clamor and Keifer Cabugao. The shooting took place at Pinto Art Museum in Antipolo City.

  On Monday, the nine-piece band revealed the collaboration with Munimuni who had just returned from an eight-month-long hiatus. “It’s such an honor to be with Munimuni. We really love their songs and their music,” Guico said.
