  The folk-pop band Ben&Ben has announced the upcoming release of a new album with a song featuring Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda, August 17, Tuesday.

  The upcoming album is entitled ‘Pebble House Vol. 1: Kuwaderno.’ It will be out on August 29, Sunday. It is the second album of the band this year. “Sabi sa inyo nung Upuan pa lang eh, gawa talaga tayo ng bahay,” the band said in Facebook comments.

  In a separate post, the nine-piece act announced the upcoming collaboration. “3/6 collabs revealed! Our collab song with Sir Chito Miranda will be part of our sophomore album… sobrang dream come true neto.” They said.

  It was discussed through a short virtual show with Chito Miranda himself. “Honestly, I never get intimidated pero dito [sa collaboration], na-intimidate talaga ako. I was hoping for a type of song na ganito pero when you gave me the song, sabi ko, ‘Ibang klase talaga.’” Miranda said.

  “For the fans of Ben&Ben, [this song is a] totally different flavor, so I’m really excited. Gusto kong pasabugin ‘yung mga puso [ng fans]. It’s a fun collaboration,” he added.
