Billboard launches new global charts

Billboard has announced their newest global charts that will rank the top songs globally, September 14, Monday.
The newest weekly charts are named the Billboard Global 200 which will inclusive to worldwide songs and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. that will focus on the data outside the territories of the United States.
These charts are based on the worldwide streams and download sales. It will also give an accurate glimpse of the most popular songs globally.
The charts will be based on a weighted formula that will incorporate official-only streams on both subscriptions and ad-supported tiers on those leading digital platforms as well as the downloads from key online music retailers.
