BLΛƆKPIИK’s Rosé makes history on Billboard’s Hot 100

• Rosé of the Korean pop group BLΛƆKPIИK has made another history with her track entitled ‘On the Ground,’ March 27, Saturday.

  Billboard has announced that the song scored the number 70 spot on Hot 100 chart on the week of March 22 to 27. This made Rosé as the highest ranking female K-pop soloist.

  #ROSÉ‘s “On The Ground” debuts at No. 70 on this week’s #Hot100.

  It’s her first solo entry on the chart, outside of her work as a member of @BLACKPINK.

  In 2016, K-pop star CL became the first female soloist to enter the Hot 100 chart when her single entitled ‘Lifted’ took number 94 spot.

  The Hot 100 ranks the most popular songs in the United States across all genres based on streaming, including official audio and official video, mainly on radio airplay, and sales data.
