Britney Spears’ first single “…Baby One More Time” will mark its 20-year anniversary this Fall according to Billboard.
The single was released in October 1998, just a few months ahead of Britney’s debut album of the same name and it became a No. 1 hit. Spears tells told Billboard that the whole song was about the stress that every teen goes through. She knew then that it was a great song. She said it was different but she loved it. Britney recorded that whole track with the songwriter and producer Max Martin in Stockholm.
