    Singer-actress Lea Salonga has been nominated for Best Featured Actress in the BroadwayWorld Los Angeles Awards 2018.

    Salonga was named as one of the nominees for playing Grace Farrell in the Musical “Annie” at the Hollywood Bowl which was staged in July 2018 in celebration of the composer Charles Strouse’s 90th birthday in June.

    In a Facebook post, Salonga thanked the award-giving body for the nomination and wishes luck to her fellow nominees such as Kaylin Hedges, Todd Ellison and Michael Arden.

    Online voting for the 2018 BroadwayWorld Los Angeles Awards can be accessed at https://www.broadwayworld.com/los-angeles/vote2018region.cfm and winners will be announced on January 2019.
