‘THEY CAN FIRE ME ANYTIME:’ Frontman Arnel Pineda breaks silence amid Journey members’ beef

  Lead vocalist of the American rock band “Journey” Arnel Pineda spoke up regarding the controversy involving the collective. They are on tour for the band’s 50th-anniversary concert “Freedom.” One of the controversies attached to Journey is the legal financial battle between guitarist Neal Schön and keyboardist Jonathan Cain.

  Arnel’s name came up here when Neal’s wife, Michaele Schön, posted on Facebook that it was related to the return of the Journey member:

  

  Rumors of the band lead being one of the two members against the return of former bandmate Gregg Rollie circulated. Netizens claim that Cain also took part in the opposition to the band member’s return.

  The post quoted, “TWO BAND MEMBERS of the Journey current LINE UP ARE ‘adamant NO’ against Gregg Rolie to return.” Michaele also added, “Neal Schön and Gregg ROLIE will be somewhere together at least one time this year in honor of what they started in 1972.” Lastly, she ended the post with “Faith, let’s ask God to find a way for them. let’s pray for forgiveness for those who hurt Gregg ROLIE and hope they learn what spirituality is someday. We all love you!!”

  Pineda reminds us that there is so much hatred in this world that we are already on the brink of World War III. Therefore, he believes that we should spread love as “it is better to die being loved than hated.”
