Demi Lovato to launch own talk show on streaming platform

  Pop star Demi Lovato has announced that she will be launching a new talk show entitled ‘The Demi Lovato Show,’ July 2, Friday.

  The newest talk show of Lovato is set to launch on July 30 exclusively on Roku channel. “Some conversations can be difficult, but I’ve never been one to shy away from speaking candidly about things,” Lovato said in a statement.

  There are nine episodes with ten minutes each which cover topics such as aliens, activism, body positivity, feminism, gender identity, mental health, police reform, transgender rights, and sex. “Demi Lovato is a voice of a generation, and we’re beyond excited to elevate their voice with new audiences,” said Brian Tannenbaum, Roku’s head of original alternative programming.

  “We wanted to create a space that normalizes living your own truth — where people can speak, engage, and more importantly, learn, together. There’s something therapeutic about having raw discussions that people can relate to and with ‘The Demi Lovato Show’ no topics are off-limits and opinions are welcome,” Demi Lovato added.
