Destiny’s Child set to reunite, sources say

  After they formally disbanded about 13 years ago, the pop-R&B group Destiny’s Child is said to be cooking something great for fans.

  Members Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams are said to be planning to reunite and launch series of shows next year.

  An insider from the British Newspaper, The Sun, said that the group saw the success of the Spice Girls, on how they reunite and their tour. Destiny’s Child wants to replicate the set up but far way bigger and better.

  “They want to do a tour which will be short enough for them to fit it into their schedules, but big enough to make sure all their fans can make a date to see them. They’re one of the very few groups where love for them has only grown since they went on hiatus in 2006, so the demand is massive,” the source said.
