Fil-Am Olivia Rodrigo tops Apple Music, Spotify global charts

• The Filipino-American singer named Olivia Rodrigo has been on top of charts after debuting her single “Drivers License,” January 8, Friday.

  Just hours after its release, the song has already dominated the Apple Music’s Top 100: Global chart, and Spotify’s Global Top 200 chart.

  On her Instagram account, Rodrigo shared screen captures of Apple Music and Spotify’s charts. “uhhhhhh so drivers license is the number one song in the world rn. never in my wildest dreams did I expect this. thank u guys so much for listening. I can’t believe this is real life,” she wrote.

  The music video of ‘Driver’s License’ is now uploaded on YouTube. As of this writing, it is on the 28th spot on trends and has 18,799,751 views.
