  MTV’s 2019 Video Music Awards broadcasted live yesterday from the New Jersey’s Prudential Center.

  According to Spin.com, Taylor Swift kicked off the main show with “You Need to Calm Down and the first ever live performance of “Lover.” Aside from Taylor Swift, Lizzo also performed “Truth Hurts,” and “Good as Hell.” Nas X also performed his “Old Town Road.”

  Joining the star-studded line up of MTV Video Music Awards are Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello performing their chart-topping hit “Señorita.”
