Jake Zyrus admits removal of breast and injecting of testosterone hormones

  International singer Jake Zyrus or formerly known as ‘Charice Pempengco’ admits that she has started ‘his’ journey of being an transman.

  The 25-year-old singer first made the news after her breakup with longtime girlfriend Alyssa Quijano and when he announced his new name in social media last June 20. According to the world-known singer, he had his breasts surgically removed in March and has already took testosterone shots since April.

  In a recent interview with Philippine Daily Inquirer, Jake Zyrus was inspired to come out after seeing other people having a hard time telling the world who they really are.

  The ‘Pyramid’ singer made it clear that ‘Jake Zyrus’ is just his screen name but plans to make it official eventually.

  Since his transition from Charice to Jake Zyrus, he had gone back to the studio to produce new music as Jake Zyrus.
