  In an exciting turn of events, Jung Kook’s latest release, “Seven,” featuring Latto, has triumphed over other new music releases to claim the top spot in this week’s music poll. Music fans from all around the world participated in the poll, which was conducted by Billboard and published on Friday, July 14. The collaboration between the beloved BTS member and rap star emerged as the favorite new music release of the past week, garnering an overwhelming 96% of the votes.

  Competing against renowned artists such as Billie Eilish, Troye Sivan, Post Malone, and Lil Tjay, “Seven” managed to captivate listeners with its infectious melody and compelling lyrics. The music video accompanying the track further added to its allure. The video showcases Jung Kook, the singer-songwriter from BTS, engaged in a heated exchange with Han So-hee, who plays his on-screen girlfriend.

The track reached an impressive No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, solidifying her status as a rising superstar with “Big Energy.”

  For Jung Kook, “Seven” marks his first solo release since “Dreamers,” a song featured on the 2022 FIFA World Cup soundtrack. “Dreamers” achieved tremendous success, peaking at No. 1 on Digital Song Sales.
