Katy visits a sick fan during her Australian Tour

American pop superstar Katy Perry took time out from her Australian tour to pay a visit to a young fan recovering from brain surgery according to Billboard.
Grace Moores who has been battling a brain tumour for a year has been Katy’s fan since she was three. Her sister Tiana started a social media campaign for the singer to drop in. She tweeted, “Katy’s biggest fan since she was three,” but she had been “battling all year” with health problems and was unable to attend any of the shows.” Her tweet gained 20,000 retweets.

The singer surprised Grace at her Banksia Park home on Tuesday, before her third and final show at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Katy spent time with her and the whole family, signed a shirt for Grace and sang a few acoustic version of her songs.
