Kenny Rogers downplays misinformation and speculations about health

  Music icon Kenny Rogers has downplayed all the rumors a US tabloid claiming that he has been confined to hospital because of bladder cancer and dying soon.

  In a statement, said Rogers, he was admitted to a hospital in Georgia and has been treated of dehydration.

  “He will remain there to complete some physical therapy to get his strength back prior to discharge … and can assure everyone he plans on sticking around through the years to come,” Roger’s camp said.

  The husky-voiced balladeer has retired from touring countries in 2017.
