Lewis Capaldi shares about inspiration on doing music

  • Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi has shared some thoughts about his songs that earned million of streams worldwide, August 18, Tuesday.

    In a virtual interview and press conference, Capaldi confessed that songs he has written was out of sad experiences and coming from his personal heartbreaks such as having died relatives. He also joked on the convenience of composing songs inside the bathroom. He is also open to collaborate to any music artist.

    Capaldi became popular because of his favorite songs like “Someone You Loved,” “Before You Go,” and his newest “Hold Me While You Wait.” He thinks that people emotional songs because they can relate into it, and it what’s they’re going through.

    Lewis Capaldi released “Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent” in 2019, the wildly successful debut album that turned him to be called as pop’s reigning prince of heartbreak and despair.

    Lewis Capaldi thanks those who love his music. He hopes to see his Filipino fans when the COVID-19 pandemic is gone. He also wishes everyone’s safety and good health.
