Lorde, Olivia Rodrigo, Camila Cabello, many more to perform at MTV’s Video Music Awards

  MTV has revealed the first round of celebrity performers for the upcoming Video Music Awards (VMA), August 19, Thursday.

  Included in this year’s VMA performers are chart toppers such as Camila Cabello, Lil Nas X, Lorde, Machine Gun Kelly, and Olivia Rodrigo. Many more are promised to be announced.

  Cabello’s recently released single entitled ‘Don’t Go Yet’ is expected to be performed as first preview of her third album, ‘Familia.’ Machine Gun Kelly will be performing ‘Papercuts,’ from his fall album, ‘Born with Horns.’ Rodrigo, on her first on the show, will be performing “Good 4 U’ on the telecast.

  This VMA 2021 show has Bruce Gillmer and Jesse Ignjatovic as its executive producers. The show will be aired live on September 12, 8:00 PM ET/PT.
