Mariah Carey scores #1 in four different decades

• With the recent issue of Billboard Hot 100 chart, “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey made it to the number 1 for three long weeks based on sales, radio and streaming.

  Her classic holiday song made Mariah Carey to be the first artist to top the Billboard charts in four separate decades.

  This simply implies the fact that Carey has had number one single in the 1990s, 2000s, 2010s and 2020s.

  Billboard says Carey has 19 number one hits in total, second to The Beatles with overall record of 20 top songs.
