Singer Mark Bautista is now selling off his own paintings in order to raise funds for the mass testing amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The bidding for his artworks started on Monday, June 1. All proceeds will go to the “Shop and Share” project of both Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis-Eussaff.
Explaining his decision of auction, Bautista said on his Instagram account, “Been working on this and I think it’s time for me to let go of these ‘babies.’ For some reason when the lockdown started nag-crash ang laptop ko and nandoon lahat ng minus one ko, hindi ko mapaayos and ‘di ako makabili. When invites came in to do livestream shows, na-stress ako and kailangan ko mag-pass and I felt bad. So I thought of other ways to help.”
He encouraged his followers to participate and donate in this cause. He urged everyone to check the “Shop and Share” account for more items to be found and sold.
