MBC National Choral Competition Kicks Off Tomorrow

  The MBC National Choral Competition is set to begin tomorrow, December 8 2015 at the Aliw Theater, Pasay City.

  The said event is a 5-day competition until Dec. 12, Saturday. The elimination phase of the contest will take place from Dec. 8 (Tuesday) to Dec. 11 (Friday) and the grand finals will be on the last day of the event.

  44 competitors from schools, churches and community groups will be facing off to determine the best choir of this season’s MBC National Choral Competition.

  The said event is divided into two categories: The children’s choir where the winner will take home P100,000 and the open category which comes with a P150,000 prize.

  Several guest artists are set to perform in the 5-day event:
  December 8, 2015 – Luke Mejares
  December 9, 2015 – Kean Cipriano of Callalily and Eunice Jorge of Gracenote
  December 10, 2015 – Jason Dy
  December 11, 2015 – Papa Jack
  December 12, 2015 – Tanya Chinita and J. Brothers

  Show starts at 7 P.M. and admission is free.
