Moira dela Torre to give away her pre-loved electric guitar

  Singer-songwriter Moira dela Torre has announced that she will be giving away her pre-loved electric guitar and art supplies amid the coronavirus pandemic in the country, August 15, Saturday.

  “At the height of everything that’s been happening, I found myself at a crossroad of feeling like I haven’t been able to give as much as I would want to and feeling anxiety rise from within me as 2020 threw us so many of its unwanted surprises,” Moira wrote on her Instagram account with the photos of the guitar and art supplies.

  The electric guitar was the first guitar of Moira gifted by her husband, Jason Marvin. All those to be given away “have helped me so much mentally and I hope that it might also help you find the calm I did,” according to her.

  “What used to give them joy, they graciously shared with me and it helped hone my creativity and helped calm my anxieties,” she added.

  The raffle contest started on August 15 and will end on September 5. Winners will be announced on September 11 at 11:59 PM. The proceeds of the online cause will go to Silungan ng Pag-asa organization that gives children in need of medical assistance a facility they can stay while the treatment is ongoing.
