  Morissette Amon shares how Koreans welcomed her during her performance at the Asia Song Festival 2018 at Busan, South Korea.

  The singer shared on an interview with ABS-CBN News how warm the audience welcomed her and her performance. She performed an original song entitled “Throwback.” “Sobrang happy ako kasi na-appreciate po nila na nag-Korean po ako. Siyempre hindi nila ine-xpect ‘yun kasi all throughout nag-English ako kaya happy ako,” she happily shares.

  “This year po, nag-original Filipino song ako — ang title ng song is ‘Throwback’ — and naghanap kami ng Korean song. Actually may Korean friend ako na nag-suggest na ‘yun ang kantahin ko, tapos pina-translate namin in English tapos ‘yung dulo Korean pa rin,” said Morissette Amon.

  She was also overwhelmed how the audience can still remember her since she became a part of the festival last year, “natuwa ako kasi parang na-recognize nila ako from last year and even noong nag-closing na kami and nag-vow na kami, ‘yung music sa background is ‘yung ‘Throwback’ which is an original music OPM.”

  Morissette Amon is now preparing for her upcoming concert in the US.
