Nirvana faces raps over 1991 ‘Nevermind’ album cover

Nirvana will have an unexpected bout regarding their 1991 album cover, August 26, Thursday.
A man named Spencer Elden, who appeared as a naked baby on the cover of Nirvana’s 1991 album titled ‘Nevermind’ suddenly came up and filed lawsuit against the surviving members of the band.
The lawsuit was filed in a federal court in California. Elden alleged the band with child sexual exploitation mentioning that he has suffered lifelong damages and never received any compensation from the image used on the album cover. “Defendants intentionally commercially marketed Spencer’s child pornography and leveraged the shocking nature of his image to promote themselves and their music at his expense,” mentioned in the lawsuit.
‘Nevermind’ was once became the best-selling albums of all time where over 30 million copies were sold worldwide. Elden was four months old when the photo was taken.
