The finalists were announced at the AWIT Awards Nominee Fest last Friday, September 23 at Venice Piazza, McKinley Hill featuring performances from Boyband BGYO, solo singer Kanishia, pop band Nameless Kids, Ace Banzuelo, and Morisette.
While the majority of the awards will be determined by a panel of judges, public voting for Breakthrough Artist, Favorite Male Artist, Favorite Female Artist, Favorite Group Artist, and Favorite Song is open until November 11. Fans can vote in the People’s Voice categories by clicking here.
The upcoming 35th Awit Awards will be the first face-to-face live presentation of the prestigious award-giving body since the COVID-19 pandemic started over two years ago.
The main awards show, scheduled for November 23 will be held at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Newport World Resorts.
