  Singer-songwriter Ogie Alcasid disclosed on his most creative way on Instagram his gratitude to his wife Regine Velasquez in celebration of her 49th birthday, April 22.

  Posting a throwback picture, Alcasid wrote “Happy birthday to my love. I thank our Heavenly Father that I have you in my life.”
