    The popular OPM singer Rico J. Puno passed away this 1:56 in the morning, October 30. He was 65.

    Puno’s death was announced by his sister-in-law, Anna Puno, on her Instagram account. “I am seized with deep emotional shock when I found out that our OPM King – Kuya Rico J. Puno – has passed away this morning,” Anna said.

    Puno was rushed in the hospital Sunday and declared dead because of cardiac arrest.

    “Little did I know that this is his Final Bow in the live entertainment world. We will forever miss the TOTAL ENTERTAINER… but his songs will forever cherish in our hearts,” Anna Puno added.
