Regine Velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, Daniel Padilla bag main awards at PMPC Star Awards for Music

  Artists Regine Velasquez, Sarah Geronimo, and Daniel Padilla have led the roster of winners at the recent 12th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Music, October 10, Sunday.

  The Asia’s songbird was hailed as the Female Recording Artist of the Year as well as Female Concert Performer of the Year. Padilla, was named Male Recording Artist of the Year.

  The Pop Star Princess was hailed Female Pop Artist of the Year for her song entitled, ‘Ang Tangi Kong Pangarap.’ Her conterpart on the Male Pop Artist of the Year award was given to Garrett Bolden for his song ‘Handa Na Maghintay.’

  The awards night was made special by production numbers from Gary Valenciano and Kuh Ledesma, among others.
