  The song ‘Amatz’ by Shanit Dope has been featured on the third episode of Marvel’s ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,’ April 2, Friday.

  Premiered in the episode entitled as ‘Power Broker,’ ‘Amatz’ was played during a fictional location called Madripoor, near Singapore and Sumatra, with Braon Zemo, where the Falcon and the Winter Soldier travel to the city.

  ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,’ which stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan in the title roles, deals with the fallout in the Marvel Universe following the events of ‘Avengers: Endgame.’ The latest episode of the Disney+ series ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ has some Filipino hip-hop flavor.

  Shanti Dope’s song became controversial in 2019 when the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) proposed to ban the song for allegedly promoting drug use.
