Pop superstar Taylor Swift is being sued by poet and author Teresa La Dart for more than one million dollars for allegedly stealing her visual concept.
La Dart has filed a lawsuit for copyright infringement against the ‘All Too Well’ singer. She accuses Swift of copying a number of creative elements such as the style of imagery, color scheme, and even its format from her 2010 book ‘Lover’ on the singer’s 2019 hit album of the same title.

The singer-songwriter has not yet released a statement on her latest copyright lawsuit.
Taylor Swift is currently in hot waters for another copyright lawsuit over her hit ‘Shake It Off.’ Filed by songwriters Sean Heall and Nathan Butler, they claim that she stole some lines from 3LW’s ‘Playas Gon’ Play.’ The singer has already denied stealing any lyrics and said she had never heard the song prior to the release of her song.
