Taylor Swift on Women’s March: ‘I’m Proud to Be a Woman Today’

  Pop superstar Taylor Swift took to Twitter to support on the Women’s March on Washington following U.S. President Donald Trump’s inauguration according to Billboard.

  Taylor Swift wrote on Twitter:

  So much love, pride, and respect for those who marched. I'm proud to be a woman today, and every day. #WomensMarch

  Hundreds of thousands of people took part in the Women’s March to protest against Trump’s inauguration.

  Among the artist that participated in the said march were Madonna who gave an impassioned speech that alluded to Donald Trump taking office as President of the United States.

  Other artists who performed at the event were Janelle Monae, Maxwell and Alicia Keys.
