The Rolling Stones likely to release new album this year

The Rolling Stones’ guitarist Ronnie Wood confirmed that the band is currently working on a new album and its set to release this year according to theguardian.com.
“We went in to cut some new songs, which we did,” the 68-year-old Wood said. The band have been in the studio and started to record new songs and some blues covers. “But we got on a blues streak. We cut 11 blues in two days.” He added.
When Wood was asked when the album will be released he answered only: “This year.”
The last time the band released a studio album was back in 2005 which was ‘A Bigger Bang’.
The British rock band have already released 22 studio albums in Britain and 24 in the United States.
