It’s always difficult to decide what things you need to bring and what are not because overpacking is really inconvenient. Imagine yourself carrying large and bulky bags. It seems exhausting right? You might get tired carrying your stuffs not with your ‘actual’ travel.

So always try to lessen the things you bring but not to the point that you’ll end up carrying only a purse and just yourself. Always prioritized packing the things you can’t afford to leave at home especially if you are on a journey.

Pick the right bag suited for your travel. Don’t use a luggage if you’ll be just away for a few days instead use a knapsack. It’s easy to bring and you’ll be able to avoid the hassle of transporting large bags. Always remember that ‘your bag is your life’. The smaller it is the easier for you to secure it.

Next is clothes. Let’s put an emphasis on the letter ‘S’. Always keep in mind that if you’ll be travelling always bring an extra set of clothes. For example, if you are on three-day journey, bring 4 sets of clothes just in case something happened or maybe you just decided to extend your vacation.

And the last thing you can’t afford to forget is money. Obviously you’ll not be able to travel if you don’t have it. What I’m talking about is you must not bring an exact budget for your trip knowing that you already have a max cap on your budget. To make it clear, let’s relate it in making a project or a campaign. When you have an allotted budget for it, it is always a smart decision to have a 20% contingency budget just in case you were able to exhaust all your money. The same concept applies in travelling.
